At AFTCO, we are committed to your satisfaction and offer a hassle-free return policy for unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of purchase. Whether you need a different size or a full refund, our goal is to get you back on the water with the right gear as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS or UPS shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Place your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, securely seal the box, and affix the prepaid return label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
